We are funded by the European Union in the EFRE framework and the federal state of Saxony-Anhalt for the Development of novel transition metal nitride semiconductor layers for application in microelectronics.
This project is lead by Prof. Martin Feneberg in collaboration with Prof. Armin Dadgar of IfP/AHE and the funding period is until 12/2027.
